In our main plant, we have offices, warehouse and production space. There are 3 separate tool areas in our shop for production of cabinetry; paint booths for small parts painting (seat frames, angles, brackets, etc.); a sheet metal shop and an electrical shop where we do the wiring on our new construction cabinetry. We also have a VIP room to display our turnkey shipsets that are complete and ready to go in the aircraft. We have 15 Catia workstations in our production areas. Our cabinet technicians are highly skilled in new cabinet construction as well as refurbishment and are very proficient at building cabinetry from both the Catia Models and blueprint drawings. We are also very experienced at working pre-delivery squawks in the aircraft.
We also have a complete Upholstery shop in our main plant. We have the capability to complete all of your aircraft interior upholstery needs. We have a foam fabrication room, sewing/layout room and a final assembly room. We are certified on 16G rated seats by both BE Aerospace & Decrane We use an independent vendor for all of our burn certification requirements.
Our finish facility is one mile from our main plant. It is in a separate building to keep cabinet and foam fabrication dust out of our finish. We have a large semi down draft spray booth, sanding room, buffing room & heat room.
